Children camp Unger of AGBU Sofia

All the children of Armenian origin, from Bulgaria and Europe, between the age of 8 and 14 are invited to participate at the Children Camp Unger.

Participation fee as follows:
For children from Bulgaria: 135 leva
For two children from one family : 240 leva
For children outside Bulgaria : 150 euros

Deadline for registration is 31st of July 2008

AGBU Armenian Virtual College

The World’s Armenian Composer

aram_khachaturian.jpgThis year marks the 105th anniversary of birth and the 30th year of the passing away of the world famous Armenian composer Aram KHATCHATURIAN.

Five years ago, UNESCO had declared 2003 as the year of Aram Khathcaturian.

On that occasion, Khatchatur I. Pilikian had written an article dedicated to the great Armenian composer.

p4280349.jpgOn April 28, 2008 the second stage of the Cute Faces photo contest was concluded and 12 merry boys and girls gathered at the bowling room of Novotel Plovdiv to celebrate the event together with the AGBU Voice team, and spent hours engrossed in games, fun and laughter.

Young Talents of Europe

Lecture on Modern Armenian architecture

YP Cologne Kicks Off becomes 7th YP Group in Europe

Over 200 people attended YP Cologne’s inaugural event on May 31, 2008.
The event was attended by a number of individuals from AGBU’s European office in Paris, France, including AGBU Europe President Alexis Govciyan.

YP Cologne becomes the 23rd global YP group and the seventh in Europe.
